UK emergency kit checklist
The government’s 3-day (72-hour) emergency kit list from GOV.UK Be Ready, grouped the same way as the official list. Tick off what you already have, then buy the rest. You can print this page to keep with your kit.
GOV.UK advises building your supplies gradually during normal shopping, and setting a reminder every 6 months to check expiry dates. Read the official guidance.
